Today, Ms. Seheda and Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Kuwait, stand as guardians of our diplomatic endeavors, exemplifying true patriotism. I am also optimistic that Ms. Seheda will embrace the academic council’s recommendation to author a monograph derived from her dissertation findings, a step that promises to significantly enhance the practical application of her research outcomes”.
